THE SOONER THE BETTER! There is no specific timeframe for reserving a boat; reservations can be made on the same day. However, there is always a risk that someone may book before and the boat you want may not be available at the desired day and time. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute!
Yes. To reserve a boat, a deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on the size of the boat chosen for charter. We will send a detailed invoice beforehand with all necessary information.
Only forms of payment: Zelle/Apple Pay/Venmo.
Includes certified captain, mate (on bigger vessels), fuel, taxes/fees, cleaning fee, water/ice/cooler, bluetooth speakers, boat amenities, floating mat. Tip is always appreciated to the crew depending on service. NO HIDDEN FEES!
4-8 hours is suggested to have the full experience. Our smaller boat do offer less time if needed. Please speak to booking agent.
We have all boat sizes ranging from different budgets.
Most boats do not allow pets; however, you can consult with the booking agent, who can inform you which boats do.
The US Coast Guard regulations require that all privately owned charter yachts in the United States are limited to a maximum of 13 Passengers (Charterer +12 Guests), plus crew. This regulation is named in the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993: “No yacht for charter should accept more than 13 passengers onboard, no matter the size of the vessel or the age of the passenger.
General Rule of Thumb For Vessels:
19 – 36ft 6-12 Passengers
37 – 42ft 10-12 Passengers
44ft+ 13 Passengers
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your charter time to ensure timely arrival, secure parking, and complete any necessary documentation.
RESCHEDULES can only be made 1 month before charter date. Anything closer to the date won’t be guaranteed even for emergencies. Captain must be the one to approve.
In case of unsafe weather conditions, such as extreme storms, heavy winds/rains, severe thunderstorms. Your deposit will be ON HOLD for a later date you would like to postpone it to. (Does not apply on a cloudy day or regular rain)

No shoes are allowed on board. Everyone will be asked to remove off any footwear before boarding. This is to make sure we can keep the boat clean. This includes water shoes as well.
Water/Ice/Cooler is provided. You should bring food, alcohol, towels, change of clothes, sunscreen/tanning oil.
Red wine, hookah, glitter, hair dye.
Yes you can. Some boats do limit on outside decorations. Please speak to booking agent to get more information on decorating.

We know unforeseen travel events can occur that may inhibit a timely arrival for your charter departure. However, events such as canceled or delayed flights, traffic, late taxis, Uber, Lyft, or other ride sharing complications are not considered cancelable conditions and do not change the details of your charter booking. Please plan your booking accordingly to give yourself and your group enough time to prevent delays or traffic that you may encounter.
If your group reaches beyond the start time, it will only be DEDUCTED from your rental time.
If the boat appears after the charter time from a previous charter or not ready at the starting time, your time will NOT start until you get on the boat.
Highly recommend to arrive 15/20 minutes before your charter time!

Tip is always appreciated to captain/crew members depending on service provided. They work hard maintaining the boat, ensuring your safety and making sure you have a fun time! (10%-20%).
Yes, as part of your safety we have life jackets for every passenger on board including kids.
If you booked 4 hours or more, yes you will have time to jump in the water and have some fun!
Unfortunately things do happen, but if for any reason the boat experiences mechanical issues on the day of the event, I will attempt to secure a replacement for you, we can reschedule for an alternate day, or provide a deposit refund.
Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE! If you choose to cancel at anytime, you will lose your initial deposit.
Jet skis are $150/hr. We will have a jetski delivery to your boat. 4hr minimum will be required on your boat rental to have time to ride depending on the departure location of your boat.

• Small backpack only (Limited space. Bring only essentials – we are not responsible for lost/damaged items)
🚤 Florida Boating Law:
Florida law requires a boating license for drivers born after January 1, 1988.
Please complete your exam before arrival to avoid delays.

📄 Waiver & Minors:
✅ Please complete your waiver in advance.
If bringing minors, be sure to add their info to your waiver.
🔁 Company Policy (Please Read Carefully):
• One reschedule allowed if made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if canceled late or no-show.
• No refunds for cancellations after booking is confirmed.
• All drivers must be sober. Any violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
